Our Mission
Capital Pride London is a powerful demonstration and a joyful celebration for all.
We are dedicated to creating a radically inclusive space where the diverse stories of the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies are not only welcomed but uplifted. Our mission is to honour the historical roots of the Pride movement while fostering a future that is truly accessible, equitable, and celebratory for people of all sexualities, gender identities, disabilities, and economic backgrounds.

The Pride Posse is the heart and soul of Capital Pride London. We are a diverse and dedicated group of staff & volunteers who believe in the power of community, advocacy, and celebration. As a collective, we are driven not by personal profit, but by a shared purpose: to create a safe, vibrant, and inclusive space for every part of London’s LGBTQIA+ community. Every action we take is rooted in our values and our commitment to making a tangible impact.
