By donating your expertise, time, products or equipment, you directly help us produce the festival. Areas where we need support include:
- Legal services (pro bono)
- Marketing & PR support
- Graphic design & branding
- Web development & IT

Hospitality partner

Partnerships built on shared values
We build partnerships that align with our core values — Radical Inclusion, Honouring Our Roots, Accessibility, Community and Authenticity — collaborations that generate a positive impact for LGBTQIA+ lives and the wider society we serve.
We evaluate every partnership case by case, considering responsible business practices, customer protection, regulatory compliance, and alignment with our mission. We prioritise organisations that demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical conduct and transparency — and we don't work with fossil-fuel, tobacco, arms or adult-entertainment companies, or anyone complicit in human-rights abuses.
Our goal is to ensure that all our partnerships are genuine, transparent and beneficial for the LGBTQIA+ community — and that our collaborators are true allies.
Partnership Principles
We will only partner with organisations that meet the following criteria:
- Public support: they must be willing to publicly and genuinely support the campaign for greater LGBTQIA+ equality.
- Employee & customer advocacy: they must actively support their LGBTQIA+ employees and customers through tangible measures, such as robust Diversity and Inclusion policies or internal LGBTQIA+ networks.
- Alignment with mission: their objectives must be fully aligned with the aims of the Modern Pride Movement — both a celebration and a protest for equality.
Partnership Restrictions
To protect our integrity and our mission, we will not accept support from organisations whose core business conflicts with our values, including (but not limited to):
- Fossil fuels: companies involved in the exploration, extraction, processing or sale of fossil fuels.
- Tobacco: companies whose primary business is the manufacture of traditional tobacco products.
- Arms: companies in the weapons manufacturing sector.
- Adult entertainment: companies in the pornography sector — to avoid partnerships that may exploit or misrepresent the community.
- Human-rights violators: companies that support or are affiliated with regimes that violate human rights or promote anti-LGBTQIA+ laws.
Policy on vape & e-cigarette companies
Due to the complex ethical issues and documented history of targeted marketing, we will only consider partnerships with vape and e-cigarette companies under these strict conditions:
- Strictly regulated promotion: all marketing must exceed existing regulations — no imagery or messaging that targets young people or connects vaping with the celebratory atmosphere of Pride.
- Health and education: the partner must commit a portion of their sponsorship to public-health initiatives and programmes that educate the community on the health risks of vaping.
- No "pinkwashing": the company must provide a clear, public, documented history of year-round support for the LGBTQIA+ community.
- Community-focused investment: funding must be directed to specific, transparent, community-focused projects — such as a youth outreach programme, a trans support service, or a health clinic.
- Long-term commitment: any agreement must be multi-year, demonstrating long-term investment rather than a single-event deal.
Partner Code of Conduct
By partnering with Capital Pride London, you join a community and commit to act as a genuine ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, helping us deliver on our mission where every story is celebrated. As a partner, you agree to:
- Lead with authenticity: your participation must be a genuine extension of your year-round commitment to LGBTQIA+ equality — not pinkwashing.
- Be radically inclusive: all staff and representatives must treat everyone with dignity and respect; discrimination, harassment or prejudice is strictly prohibited.
- Honour our roots: respect the historical significance of Pride as an act of resistance — celebratory, but in solidarity with the community.
- Prioritise accessibility: be mindful of attendees' diverse needs and ensure your on-site activations are accessible to people of all abilities.
- Build community: engage respectfully and meaningfully, including support for our year-round work.
- Adhere to policies: all activities, including distribution of materials or products, must comply with relevant laws and regulations and with our Ethical Partnership Policy.
Breach of conduct. Capital Pride London reserves the right to remove any partner's representatives or activations from our event if this code is breached. In the case of a serious breach, the partnership agreement may be terminated without notice.
