Booking terms

  • Bookings are confirmed on receipt of your request; an invoice is issued to secure your date.
  • All rates are “from” base fees and exclusive of VAT. Travel and accommodation are charged at cost; mileage at 45p per mile.
  • Cancellations: 50% fee with 30–59 days’ notice; 75% with 14–29 days’ notice; 100% within 14 days of the session.
